It works because when your bike lands upside down, it doesn't bend your cable or hose at a 90 degree angle, destroying it. Duh.

actually he's a pretty good rider for the area, and has ridden that bike quite a few times at rays. Looks pretty commical though.

DUMB, rockshox has it right. Just make the 20mm axle lighter, then you don't have to create a whole new standard with no interchangeability between them. Now there is just more product for bike shops to stock, more confusion on the customers end, and another standard that will last 2 years.

couldn't tell you man, thats a work in progress, built from ground up. And I work at a shop so wouldn't be right to say anyways. Even so, it was still a lot for me.
